Tom Elliott’s fiery clash with addiction support worker over pokies

Tom Elliott has had a heated argument with an addiction support worker over gambling.

It follows a string of debates around pokies and whether or not they should be banned.

Tom wrote a piece in the Herald Sun last week, saying people need to take responsibility for their actions, even if fuelled by addiction.

But Amanda Duncan works with people who suffer addiction, and she strongly disagrees.
