Tom Elliott thinks judges are ‘dumb smart people’ as Australians have lost faith in justice system

According to a survey, only 30% of Australians have faith in our courts and justice system.

Our bail system is the primary factor and Tom Elliott had his say on the current state of the justice system.

“Some of them are the dumbest smart people you will ever meet,” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.
