Tom Elliott slams the University of NSW over their new Australian history guidelines

Tom Elliott has slammed the University of NSW over their new guidelines when referring to Australian history.

From now on, Captain Cook did not discover Australia, he invaded it. Well, that is what the University are telling all of their history students. 

The guidelines read ‘Australia was not settled peacefully, it was invaded, occupied and colonised.’

The 3AW Drive host is not happy with the changes – ‘This is not history, it’s brainwashing!’
