Myki has abandoned it’s ‘on the spot’ fine system, after a new report saying it doesn’t work. 

Tom Elliott spoke with Victorian Ombudsman, Deborah Glass about the changes. 

‘If i can summarise it, the current public transport enforcement system in Victoria is just not fair.’

‘It’s poorly targeted and disproportionate.’ she told 3AW Drive.
