Member of the Libertarian party David Limbrick is calling for Victoria’s self-defence laws to be changed, which would give more power to residents who are victims of home invasions.

3AW Mornings Tom Elliott had his say on the state’s current “reasonable force” self-defence laws and agrees with the Libertarian MP.

“If the intruder is badly hurt as a result, well bad luck he shouldn’t have been breaking into your home,” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.
