Tom Elliott supports the idea of subsidising weight loss drug Ozempic

There has been a push for new effective weight loss drugs such as Ozempic to be on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme.

The 3AW Mornings host supports the idea to subsidise Ozempic, as willpower and self-control seems to not work at times.

“I think it’s a good idea, I know people who have taken Ozempic, it works as an appetising suppressant,” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.
