Tom Elliott takes Ben Carroll to task over ‘ridiculous’ $2 billion Suburban Rail Loop savings

Premier Ben Carroll announced $2 billion in savings on the Suburban Rail Loop by scrapping a number of “unnecessary additions”.

3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott described the savings outlined by the Premier as “illusory”.
