Tom Elliott takes Jeroen Weimar to task in light of new lucrative appointment

Tom Elliott has taken former COVID response commander Jeroen Weimar to task in light of his new lucrative appointment as the head of the state government’s housing policy.

The 3AW Mornings host couldn’t believe the news when he found out on the weekend, and thinks Weimar’s new role will turn out to be a “disaster”.

“I don’t have a personal problem with Jeroen Weimar, but his career in public life has been marked far more by failure than success,” Elliott said.
