Tom Elliott weighs in on calls for a Neale Daniher MCG statue

There have been calls for a statue of Neale Daniher to be erected outside the MCG.

Tom Elliott had his say on the proposal, and thinks statues should only be for the “absolute best of the best” in their sport.

“All of the 16 statues we currently have are of people who achieved sporting greatness on the G,” the 3AW Mornings host said.
