Tom Elliott’s search for cheap housing

If you can’t afford to buy a house in the city, there are cheaper options available in Victoria.

Tom Elliott was sick of hearing Gen Y whinge about housing prices in suburbs like Fitzroy and Northcote.

“Look, there’s got to be some cheap houses in Victoria, and sure enough we looked in Traralgon, and there are,” he said.

Sales Consultant at Keith Williams Real Estate in Traralgon, James Hourigan, told Tom there are ten liveable and affordable properties for sale this weekend.

“The affordability part about it is, you can buy a nice liveable home, we have some tomorrow starting from $120,000,” he said.
