Tomic and Kyrios can lead Australia to Davis Cup glory, says Woodbridge

Australia can win the Davis Cup in the next five years, but Bernard Tomic and Nick Kyrgios need to patch things up.
That’s the opinion of tennis legend Todd Woodbridge.
?Tensions are high in the Aussie camp after Tomic accused Kyrgios of faking the injury that saw him withdraw from the Davis Cup, prompting Matthew Lloyd to say he’s grateful for AFL football’s team culture.
Lloyd said young kids with attitude problems usually got 12 months to improve before their were moved on.
‘Once you’re not successful, people won’t put up with it anymore,’ he said, pointing to Jason Akermanis as an example.
But Todd Woodbridge told Sports Today footy is not comparable to tennis in this respect, though he conceded Tomic and Kyrgios do need to come together.
‘This is a young team that, over the next 3-5 years, has potential to win the Cup at least once,’ Woodbridge said.
‘So there needs to be some ground broken between the two.’
