Tom’s stance on rehabilitation + the Liberal Party move to ease up on crime

Tom Elliott says he’s not sure rehabilitation works ahead of news a Liberal Party member wants to ease up on their approach to crime.

”I’ve spoken to and interviewed a number of former prisoners who said, because conditions in jail were so tough and so horrible, that was the thing that convinced them never to go and commit crimes again,” he said.
