Top roads cop warns no mercy for drivers caught on their phones

Victoria’s top roads cop has warned there will be no mercy for drivers caught using their mobile phones while driving.

Assistant Commissioner for Road Policing, Glenn Weir, says mobile phone usage “definitely” added to last year’s 15-year high road death toll.
