‘Totally unbecoming’: Shane McInnes slams ABC journalist’s Bondi shooting comment

ABC Global Affairs Editor Laura Tingle has sparked controversy over her comments following Sunday’s tragic shooting at Bondi Beach.

“It is totally unbecoming of an ABC journalist, let alone one at the top of the pecking order, the Global Affairs Editor,” the 3AW host said.

Political sociologist and associate professor of politics at Deakin University, Joshua Roose, then had his say on the ABC journalist’s Bondi comments.

“I think it’s based on a misunderstanding,” Dr Roose said.
