There’s calls for legislation to terminate existing workplace agreements which continue to be dragged into the spotlight, with young workers being left shortchanged.

Bakers Delight is the latest company to come under heat over claims it has underpaid workers.

Luke Hilakari, Secretary of Trades Hall Victoria, told 3AW Drive there were ‘thousands’ of expired agreements still in place and they were only removed when people spoke up.

‘It’s a huge problem,’ he said.
