Commuters and families set to go on holiday are facing chaos on the roads and have been told to expect chaos at the airport today.

Seven news reporter, Ainsley Koch says Melbourne’s Tullamarine airport is set to have over 100,000 passengers today.

“Obviously with the footy finals and school holidays means lots of people travelling through the airport and even over the next few weeks,” she told Jimmy Bartel.

Commuters on the Princes Highway were left stuck for over four hours after an incident closed lanes between Little River and Werribee.

One commuter, Janet says they were slowly moving.

“We left Torquay about 11:30 and we haven’t hit Werribee yet,” she said.
