Sly reflects on the heartbreaking deaths of two police officers in Porepunkah

It’s one of the worst tragedies we’ve ever seen in Victoria, with alleged gunman Dezi Freeman still on the run after allegedly shooting and killing two police officers.

Sly reveals the 59-year-old detective who tragically passed away was retiring in two weeks, with the 35-year-old senior constable was due to return back to Melbourne in the next week.

“It’s an incredibly tragic case of sliding doors,” Sly said on 3AW Breakfast.
