Customers with Linkt have complained about inaccurate late notices and scam messages with many reporting private debt collectors have reached out despite their accounts having credit.

General manager of Customer Experience and Operations at Transurban, Chris Jackson, says there have been a couple of technical issue which have caused customers to receive notices.
