‘Treated the appropriate way’: The nationwide crackdown on migrant worker exploitation

The Australian Border Force are conducting a nationwide crackdown on migrant worker exploitation during the month of July.

Assistant Commissioner at the Australian Border Force, James Watson, says already 50 businesses have been visited in the last couple of weeks to make sure migrant workers are “treated the appropriate way” and “consistent with Australian work laws”.
