Truck and tractor collide killing a woman at Narrung

A woman has been killed after her tractor collided with a truck in the state’s north.

Emergency crews were called to the scene on the Murray Valley Highway at Narrung around 2.30pm on Wednesday.

Paramedics attempted to save her but she died at the scene.

The male driver in the truck wasn’t injured.

This brings the state’s road toll to five, the same number as this time last year.
