Trucks with excavators stolen from Fraser Street depot in Airport West

Thieves have rammed the gates and raided a business at Airport West stealing two trucks with excavators.

It’s believed two broke into the truck depot on Fraser Street at about 2.30am

Caller Richard works at the depot and said they appear to have targeted trucks with plumbing gear.

One of the trucks has since been found, after an appeal for help was launched over the radio.

The other truck, with the registration 1IG7J6 is yet to be recovered.
