Tullamarine man whose home was burgled has his belongings returned

A Tullamarine man whose home was burgled has had his belongings returned.

Jan Laczynski had tools and CCTV cameras stolen from his home last week, with the cameras capturing the moment.

After the footage was placed on 3AW.com.au on Friday, the man responsible was recognised and turned in to police.

Mr Laczynski was given $200 in compensation and will receive a written apology.

He told Tom he’s relieved the ordeal is over and he can get on with his life.
