Turnbull and Shorten fire up in heated question time

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has unleashed during a heated question time, labelling Opposition Leader Bill Shorten a ‘parasite’ and a ‘social-climbing sycophant’.
The pair traded barbs in parliament after Labor criticised the government’s childcare package and changes to the family tax benefits.
Mr Shorten accused Mr Turnbull of being out of touch with voters labelling him ‘Mr Harbourside Mansion.’
But Mr Turnbull fired back, saying Mr Shorten was ‘posing as a tribune’ for the Australian people.
‘There was never a union leader in Melbourne that tucked his knees under more billionaire’s tables than the Leader of the Opposition,’ he said.
‘He was such a sycophant, a social climbing sycophant.
‘This man is a parasite he has no respect for the taxpayer.’
