Two arrested after allegedly fleeing a collision involving a stolen car at Roxburgh Park

Two people have been arrested following a police incident in Melbourne’s north.

The pair were taken into custody after allegedly trying to flee a collision between a stolen car and truck.

The incident occured at the intersection of Roxbrugh Park Drive and James Mirams Drive at Roxburgh Park.

The car was monitored by police for a short time before the collision around 11.20am.

A 26-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman are currently assisting police with their enquiries

There have been no reports of any injuries.
