Two charged over Milo Yiannopoulos protest

Two men have been charged over the protests outside an appearance from controversial commentator Milo Yiannopoulos.

Police released a statement on Friday, saying the men – a 33-year-old from Wonthaggi and 28-year-old from Sunbury – had been charged with affray and riotous behaviour.

The protest took place in Kensington on December 4.

Police continue to investigate.
