Two killed in separate incidents on Victoria’s roads

Two people have died in separate crashes in Victoria.

A car crashed into a trailer of a parked truck in Sunshine North at about 7.50pm yesterday.

Sadly the driver of the car, who has not yet been formally identified, died at the scene.

The exact cause of the crash is yet to be determined.

In a separate incident, a person was killed after crashing into a pole on Colac-Ballarat Road in Ondit at about 5.40pm yesterday.

There have been 86 lives lost on Victoria’s roads so far this year, 10 more than at the same time last year.
