Two men charged after lasers pointed at police helicopter
Two men have been charged for allegedly pointing lasers at the police air wing on two occasions over the weekend.

On Saturday the police helicopter was flying above Tarneit when a laser was shone at the aircraft several times at about 9.40pm.
Air Wing officers directed police on the ground to a Hummingbird Avenue address where they found a laser and arrested a 36-year-old man. He’s since been charged with 21 offences and remanded to appear at Werribee Magistrates’ Court later today.
In a separate incident on Sunday, a laser was shone at a police helicopter flying over Werribee at about 1am.
Air Wing police directed officers on the ground to a Bronson Circuit, Hoppers Crossing address where an 18-year-old was arrested.
He’s been charged and remanded to appear at Werribee Magistrates’ Court later today.
