Two men stabbed in unprovoked Footscray shop attack
Police are calling for help to identify a man after an unprovoked double stabbing in Footscray.
Investigators believe the two victims were having a conversation in a Paisley Street shop at about 4.45pm on Monday, October 9, when they were approached by a man who produced a knife and stabbed them.
One victim, a 37-year-old Hoppers Crossing man, was taken to hospital with serious injures, and a second man, a 39-year-old from Greenvale, was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
