Two million employees are forced to take their annual leave over Christmas each year, says a study by Finder.

Work Performance Expert Tony Wilson tells Justin and Kate the way annual leave works has changed dramatically.

‘If you’ve got accrued annual leave over and above what you should have at that point, then employees can do this,’ Tony tells 3AW Breakfast.

‘You’ll find most of the managers out there don’t like taking forced annual leave as well!’
