Two people dead after being pulled from the water at Mallacoota

Two people have died at Mallacoota.

Police have been told a male and female, who are yet to be formally identified, were pulled from the water at Bastion Point about 3.25pm.

Paramedics attended, but sadly, the pair died at the scene.

Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
