Two people fighting for life after Port Melbourne crash

Two people are fighting for life in hospital and another three are seriously injured after a crash at Port Melbourne.

A Honda Odyssey van was involved in a minor collision with another car on the West Gate Freeway just after 6pm on Sunday.

The car crashed into the dividing road barrier several times before coming to a stop several metres away.

Two of the seven people in that car were taken to hospital with critical injuries.

Another three were seriously injured.
