Two people trapped after gold mine collapse near Ballarat

An Air Ambulance has been dispatched with two people are reportedly trapped under rocks after a gold mine collapsed on them at Indicator Lane in Mount Clear, near Ballarat.

Victorian Police spokesperson says the incident occurred at 4:50pm.

“Emergency services are responding,” Jacqui Felgate said.
