Two suspicious fires break out in Melbourne’s north-west overnight

Two Italian restaurants in Melbourne’s north-west have been severely damaged by fire early this morning.

Both fires broke out in the space of seven minutes, one in Essendon and the other in Taylors Lakes.

Police have confirmed both fires are being treated as suspicious, but it’s too early to say if they’re linked.
