Rideshare app Uber is reportedly experiencing problems globally, with some users unable to book cars in Australia, Europe, and North America.

Uber’s support team has apologised for the trouble via Twitter and is working on the issue.

Driver David called Neil Mitchell, saying he’s had issues logging into the app.

The full extent of the issue is not yet clear. Other drivers and passengers have been able to use the service without disruption.

A spokesperson for Uber told 3AW Mornings the company “aware of a technical issue”.

“We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and are working quickly to resolve the issue,” Uber said.
