UFU boss defends controversial new deal
United Firefighters Union boss Peter Marshall has defended the controversial new bargaining agreement, rejecting suggestions he has “power” over the Victorian Government.
Mr Marshall spoke with Tom Elliott on Tuesday.

Brad Battin, the shadow minister for emergency services, promised to spend $10 million on a Royal Commission, should the opposition win government.
“We’re not threatening – we’ve committed to it,” he said.
