United Dairy Farmers VIC wants the ACCC to investigate the legality of the cuts

It’s not just supermarkets causing Australia’s dairy crisis.

Adam Jenkins, President of United Dairy Farmers of Victoria says there’s more than one cause to the issue.

• The ban on milk exports to Russia
• The Chinese economy
• Murray Goulburn’s incorrect forecasting
• The Drought

All of these are large factors contributing to the dairy crisis.

Adam wants the ACCC to investigate the legality of the cuts being implemented retrospectively, requiring farmers to return some of their payments.

He is meeting with them on Tuesday.
