VCE students get their ATAR results after two tough years

After two years of interrupted learning, more than 45,000 VCE students have received their results and ATAR scores.

Grace, who got the score she wanted, told 3AW Breakfast it had been a “crazy” two years due to the pandemic.

“Everybody should just be proud because it was a bloody hard two years!” Grace said.

Emily Power and Stephen Quartermain, who are filling in for Ross and Russel, also spoke with one of the 39 students who received a perfect score of 99.95!

And Quarters’ daughter, Scarlett, also came on for a chat!

She revealed she’s quite a little bit richer after winning a bet with her dad and brother about how she’d go!

Scott Sweeney, Head of VCE at Strathcona Girls Grammar, said students deserved to be commended for their resilience.

He also gave assurances to those who perhaps hadn’t gone as well as they’d hoped.
