Vicious dog’s owner goes missing after it attacked a smaller dog

A dog has been attacked in Melbourne’s west.

Lala the Jack Russell was viciously set upon by a bigger dog on Altona beach.

She required emergency surgery.

Lala’s owner Kylie wants an apology, but told Tom Elliott the owner of the attacking dog has since gone missing.

“In my haste, I said to her ‘here’s my number, please send me your details’,” Kylie said.

“She still hasn’t done that.”
