Victim of ‘sickening’ hit and run in ‘total shock’ after being mowed down
The victim of a shocking alleged hit and run on the Nepean Highway says he wouldn’t wish what he experienced on his “worst enemy”.
Vision sent to 3AW Drive shows a car speeding up and targeting a group of cyclists in Seaford on Saturday morning, with one cyclist hitting the road after being rammed.
Justin told Jacqui Felgate he would have to undergo surgery as a result of the injuries he sustained in the collision.

“What I experienced I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy,” he said.
“It was a total shock and felt like a freight train hit me from behind.”
Victoria Police has confirmed a man has since been charged, after allegedly fleeing the incident.
