Victorian Deputy Ben Carroll claims no specific ‘Neil ban’

State Labor Deputy Premier Ben Carroll joined Neil Mitchell in studio after a 18-month-long drought of no state Labor ministers appearing on the program.

He says there was no “specific” ban put in place stopping ministers from appearing on the Mornings show.

“I’ve always wanted to talk to you, I think you’ve done a lot … Daniel was a formidable political machine, what worked wasn’t that, it was a lot of other things,” he said.
