Victorian firefighters concerned about safety of West Gate Tunnel

Victoria’s top firefighters have warned the West Gate Tunnel will not be considered safe, until thorough checks have been completed.

Secretary of the United Firefighters Union Peter Marshall joined 3AW Mornings and spoke about the situation surrounding the tunnel.

“There are concerns about the ability to be able to evacuate people on mass,” Marshall told Tom Elliott.
