Victorian Police Commissioner Shane Patton slams West Gate Protestors as ‘selfish’ and ‘entitled’

Victorian Police Commissioner Shane Patton has slammed the Extinction Rebellion protestors who blocked traffic on the West Gate Bridge as “selfish” and “entitled”.

He also criticised the protestors for their lack of thought and says they shouldn’t have held the protest on the bridge.

“So many consequences will flow from, as I said, from what was just selfish,” he told Jacqui Felgate.
