Details of an unspecified number of Victorian state school current and past students have been impacted by a major data breach.

3AW Drive host Shane McInnes read from an email sent out to parents from a government school, stating, “The safety and well-being of students is our priority.”

“The department has protections in place for student email accounts; however, you may wish to remind your child not to respond to unexpected or unknown emails.”
