Victoria’s roads in even worse condition than they appear
Victoria’s regional and rural roads are in even worse condition than they appear, new radar technology reveals.
The flooding in late 2022 — on top of three years of La Nina — has left the state’s roads in disrepair.
CEO of the Australian Road Research Organisation, Michael Caltabiano, says “they do have to be fixed quickly” and the condition of the left lane on all regional roads will be worse than the right.
