VIDEO: Firefighters rescue dog after Toorak adventure goes wrong

An adventurous dog has been rescued from the roof of a two storey Toorak home.

Firefighters were called to the Mathoura Road home on Sunday morning.

The dog’s foot was stuck in a gutter.

The high angle rescue team freed the pooch and returned it safely back to ground.

It’s unclear how the dog got onto the roof.
