A man is facing multiple charges following a morning raid on a Brunswick home.

A 28-year-old from Brunswick has since been charged with possessing steroids and hindering police.

Another man who is also believed to be from the same home is currently assisting police.

Police said warrants were executed in Hope street, Brunswick and Buch Avenue, Epping as a result of an ongoing investigation over the past month.

3AW police reporter Pat Mitchell spoke to Ross and John from the Hope Street scene.

“Thanks for that tip, you really kind of put me in it because I was the first here,” Pat said.

“I can tell you the residents from that home were not very happy to see me.

“In no uncertain terms they were telling us to stop taking photos and move on.”
