Video: Anger as police raid family home in Brunswick
A man is facing multiple charges following a morning raid on a Brunswick home.
Neighbours on Hope Street said this morning’s raid comes as no surprise.
#BREAKING: We had tip earlier re: police activity in the northern suburbs. Police media say officers are currently executing a search warrant in Brunswick in relation to an ongoing investigation. They can provide further info as soon as it’s safe to do so.

A male occupant, four women as well as a baby were at times forced out into the street.
The man yelled at gathering media to stop taking photos as police searched the property.

A 28-year-old from Brunswick has since been charged with possessing steroids and hindering police.
Another man who is also believed to be from the same home is currently assisting police.
Police said warrants were executed in Hope street, Brunswick and Buch Avenue, Epping as a result of an ongoing investigation over the past month.
3AW police reporter Pat Mitchell spoke to Ross and John from the Hope Street scene.
“Thanks for that tip, you really kind of put me in it because I was the first here,” Pat said.
“I can tell you the residents from that home were not very happy to see me.
“In no uncertain terms they were telling us to stop taking photos and move on.”
