VIDEO: Car collides with another vehicle and drives off

A car has been filmed hitting another vehicle on Eastlink.

In vision obtained by the Rumour File, a white Ford sedan can be seen tailgating another vehicle before hitting the car and driving off.

The alarming incident happened on February 14.
