Video: Milk bar bandit’s balaclava troubles don’t stop cash heist

Footage has emerged of an armed robbery of a milk bar at West Footscray.

One of the offenders required help from his co-thief with his poorly fitted balaclava before jumping the counter at taking off with the cash register.

The other man didn’t bother with a mask.

The theft happened at the Palmerston Street store soon after 6pm on Wednesday, January 24.

The men were armed, but no one was injured.

Both men are still at large.
