VIDEO: Woman hit by speeding cyclist at Hawthorn pedestrian crossing

A woman ended up in hospital after she was knocked over by speeding cyclist on Glenferrie Road last month.

The Red Cross volunteer has just finished working at a charity shop in Hawthorn when she was struck while crossing at a pedestrian crossing on July 5.

The cyclist walked away uninjured, but the victim was sent to Cabrini Hospital with a head wound and bruising.
