Tom Elliott says employers would be annoyed at a viral TikTok video urging workers to take sick leave, even when they’re not ill.

A video posed by Anthony Voulgaris has gone viral, where he tells workers to use sick leave that is supposedly owed to them.

But Tom disagrees, saying sick leave isn’t meant to be used like other types of leave.

“People seem to think that sickies are like annual leave and it is owed to you,” he said on 3AW Drive.
